If the tomatoes immediately released a lot of juice, then you can not add water.
You will need: 3 kg of tomatoes, 300 g of onion, 100 g of garlic, 1/2 bunch of herbs, 60 ml of vinegar, 100 g of sugar, 50 g of salt, 200 ml of water.
Preparation: Tomatoes, peeled onions and garlic – cut and put in a saucepan. Add chopped herbs, pour in water and boil for 30 minutes. Rub the mass through a sieve, add sugar and salt.
